Body Awareness is the first well-being training program in the UK which uses the physical engagement of your whole body in soft skill training. 

We perceive more then 90% of information through our body. Our body is the ultimate tool that tells us exactly where we are, what we feel and what we need to do in order to feel good.

We truly learn only when we have experienced it on our own skin.

Most of the time though, we rely on the mind.

The truth is, they must work together as a whole.

Our methodology uses physical and creative techniques appropriate to each stage of the process, helping you to have:

Body Awareness answers the question "HOW?".

How do we relax, recharge, organise our day to achieve maximum productivity, how do we physically and actively do it?

You build the program to suit your needs and we work with you to find the best approach. 

Mind-body connection and the use of imagination through physical exploration is at the heart of what we do. We believe imagination and learning through your whole body is unrivalled in its ability to reflect your awareness and is uniquely powerful in representing the behaviours, characters and challenges that commonly hold organisations back.

 

However, there is no single way to achieve your outcomes. Whether it is engaging your Leadership Team or developing an initiative that needs to reach many thousands of people globally,

we use a variety of highly effective experiential approaches, all of which are entirely bespoke and outcome-focused.
